Individual therapy for mental health concerns and/or life problems that teens may be struggling with.

Group Based Acceptance & Commitment Training

This small group experience (max 6) is appropriate for teens struggling with mental health concerns (anxiety, depression, anger) as well as typical teens looking to explore who they are and who they want to be in the world as they work toward independence and future goals.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a form of Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with a greater grounding in Behaviourism and less emphasis on changing thoughts. ACT is a humanistic and holistic approach where empathy, mindfulness, self-exploration, and social connection are used to effect behaviour change and increase psychological flexibility. ACT is based in science but ACT therapists utilize art, music, media, humour, and open acceptance of all experiences in order to facilitate a safe space for teens to connect, change, and grow.
